Taylor Llamas Breeding Stock Guarantee

All animals sold as breeding stock are warranted:

To be capable to reproduce (for a female, able to become pregnant within one year if/when open and at least 3 years old) (for a male, able to produce a pregnancy within one year if/when at least 3 years old).  Buyer agrees to allow seller to have the animal(s) at seller's ranch for a period of 6 months after any problem is suspected, to attempt to prove reproductive capability (transportation expenses to be shared equally between buyer and sellers).

… And not to produce a baby with a recognized genetic defect (for a female, for 3 years after date of sale if/when at least 3 years old) (for a male, for 3 years after date of sale if/when at least 3 years old, or until 5 offspring are produced, whichever comes first).

If any sold animal fails to fulfill this warranty it will be replaced with a similar animal (type/quality/country of origin, when possible). Buyer understands that there may be some delay to satisfy this warranty and that sellers are not responsible to compensate for lost production time.

The animals are the responsibility of the buyer as of the date of sale, and the sellers suggest that they be insured. Buyers should make arrangements for care and transport.
